War. Itβs a symphony of destruction, a ballet of bullets, and a chess match played with human lives. I’ve seen it firsthand in Iraq and Afghanistan, the raw, visceral reality of combat. Now, a new battleground emerges β Kursk β and a new instrument of war takes center stage: the drone. These videos offer a glimpse into this evolving conflict, where North Korean troops clash with Ukrainian forces, and the skies become a hunting ground for remotely piloted killers. We’ll dissect footage purportedly showing North Korean soldiers retreating under a hail of Ukrainian drone fire, examine the alleged destruction of Western armor by Russian drones, and explore the chilling implications of this new type of warfare. This isnβt some Hollywood blockbuster β this is real, brutal, and it’s changing the face of conflict as we know it.
Key Takeaways from the Frontlines
North Korean Troops Deployed: Reports suggest a significant North Korean troop presence in Kursk, fighting alongside Russian forces. This marks a potential escalation of the conflict, introducing a new and unpredictable element to the battlefield.
Drone Warfare Dominates: Ukrainian forces seem to be heavily utilizing FPV (First Person View) drones, showcasing their effectiveness in targeting and eliminating enemy personnel and equipment. This echoes the asymmetric warfare tactics that have defined this conflict.
Western Armor Vulnerable?: Video purportedly shows a Leopard 2A6 tank destroyed by a Russian fiber-optic drone, raising questions about the vulnerability of even advanced armored vehicles in this new age of drone warfare. If confirmed, this footage points to the shift in the balance of power that relatively cheap and easily deployed drone technology can affect.

The Drone’s Shadow: Glimpses of Future Conflict?
The videos highlighted here reveal a disturbing trend: the increasing reliance on unmanned systems in warfare. This isn’t just about hardware; it’s about a shift in the very nature of combat. Drones remove the immediacy of killing, the visceral connection between soldier and target. This detachment creates both opportunities and perilous ethical dilemmas. Will the drone wars of today become the standard conflicts of tomorrow? Will algorithms dictate the battles of the future? And what will be the psychological toll on those who wage war from afar?
What Lies Ahead…
The situation in Kursk is fluid, volatile, and filled with uncertainty. These videos offer a fragmented, yet crucial, understanding of the evolving conflict and the rising role of drone technology. Scroll down to see the raw footage and judge for yourself. This isnβt just about Kursk β itβs about the future of war itself. And that future is unfolding right before our eyes.

After heavy losses, North Korean soldiers retreated in Kursk under attacks of Ukrainian ArmyKanal1386,803 views | 2,125 | December 17 2024 01:00:06 (75 comments)[ Read more … ]

Video footage of a mass retreat of North Korean soldiers in the Kursk region, near the village of Plekhovo, has spread across the Internet. The video, published by the Telegram channel ” Ukraine 365 “, shows the disorderly flight of DPRK soldiers across snow-covered fields, accompanied by comments from Ukrainian soldiers watching the events through a drone lens. North Korean units reportedly supported the Russian army’s offensive in the area. However, the attempt to attack Ukrainian positions ended in failure: the enemy encountered powerful artillery and mortar fire from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to the Ukrainian side, the North Korean troops suffered significant losses as a result of the attack. The remnants of the units began to retreat chaotically from the battlefield, abandoning some of their equipment.
Ukrainian defenders continue to destroy Russian and North Korean units operating together in the Kursk region. According to the unit’s commander, Robert “Madyar” Brovdy , one of the recent operations killed 22 soldiers, including, it is claimed, North Koreans. He showed a video of a whole row of dead bodies on his Telegram channel.
Videos published from the front show special burial teams of Russians and North Koreans collecting the bodies of the dead on buggies. The corpses are piled up, and the faces of the dead are covered. The enemy does not want to advertise the losses among the DPRK soldiers. According to “Madyar”, this is already a familiar picture on this section of the front. The Russian command, faced with massive losses, began actively using North Korean soldiers in its assault groups. However, the waves of attacks are fruitless: the Ukrainian army destroys dozens of opponents per day. The operation, which saw the elimination of a group of 22 people, was carried out by several Ukrainian units, including the 95th Airborne Assault Brigade, the 36th Marine Brigade, and the 1st and 17th Tank Brigades. According to participants, the enemy attacks followed one after another, but each ended in significant losses for Russian and North Korean troops. The use of North Korean soldiers in the Russian forces demonstrates Moscow’s desperation to compensate for the lack of personnel at the front at the expense of its allies. However, these attempts only increase the scale of losses and lead to demoralization of the remaining forces.
The participation of North Korean soldiers in combat operations on the Russian side has previously been discussed by experts, but there has been no clear video evidence of mass participation of DPRK fighters in the conflict zone. The video that has appeared is one of the first pieces of evidence of their involvement at the front. Experts note that North Korean units may be poorly prepared for winter conditions and have no experience fighting in such circumstances, which could also have affected the outcome of the battle.

Ukrainian FPV drones Ruthlessly destroy North Korean and russian soldiers in Kursk regionHustler116,924 views | 1,395 | December 18 2024 17:27:03 (79 comments)[ Read more … ]
More recently, battalions of North Korean troops have begun to take an active part in Ukraine’s war against Russia in the Kursk region. Ukrainian army soldiers report that the situation in the Kursk region is very difficult. The supply of free manpower that the Russians received from the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea is being used in full. Despite the fact that the North Korean troops demonstrate poor training, they are advancing in very large numbers and it is very difficult for the Ukrainian military to hold their positions, there are not enough FPV drones for all North Korean soldiers, and Ukrainian artillery uses cluster munitions whenever possible.
Also, the Ukrainian military in the Kursk region report constant offensives, with uninterrupted fighting going on for more than 4 days. The Russian command is constantly reinforcing the North Korean military with new forces, while North Korean soldiers lack experience in modern warfare and do not even know how to respond to drones. For example, on this video you can clearly see the face of a North Korean soldier, he does not try to run away from the drone or hide, he continues to watch and examine what it is. This is not typical behavior for Russian soldiers, who in turn try to hide from the drone. For North Korean soldiers, this is most likely the first time they have heard and seen what FPV drones or Mavics look like.
But unlike Russian soldiers who go to fight in Ukraine to earn money, North Korean soldiers fight because their ideology tells them to. These guys are very disciplined, they don’t think, they just listen and follow orders. It is enough to show the direction of movement, and a desperate army of North Korean troops will carry the belief in communism on their bayonets in that direction….
